    Cheap construction is everywhere in Noida Extention.
    Instead of Sunday visits, try to come in peak hours, here traffic is hell and nowhere to go.

    What about Trident Embassy RESO ? Is it luxury as called costing 1cr for 2+study in nearby ready to move?

      It’s a decent project with good location and construction quality ..but doesn’t seems so be a luxury project to me having very limited open and park area

    Nirala estate phase 2-5 me max size 1897 sq ft hai. Not 2435. Phase 1 me hai shayad 2435.

    Quality almost same hai bas rate badha diya hai noida extension me.... very dense population, traffic zam will be biger problem in future... i would suggest buyers to look for other location than noida extension

      There are many reasons for price increment which I have described in my previos video . Traffic will be an issue so almost Har us area main hain jaha occupancy aa chuki hain but jitni spacious roads possoble hain utni authority ne banai hui hain

    Noida me flat lena hi kyu hai apna zameen se makaan hona chahiye werna 4 floor wala flat in flats ki koi long life me hai na chatt hai apni na zameen apni society me sab dikhwa kerte hai bakwas hai sab
