Prissy, girl I hated PE in middle school. I was a girly girl. Those gym teachers was crazy as hell. You had to run ,exercise and play either volleyball, basketball or racquetball after our run. All in 45 min and they blow the whistle to go take showers. Which was crazy as hell. For all us girls to 🚿 in 5min with only 30 🚿. Then they make u open ur towel if they felt u weren't wet. Crazy as f..k I think they were just trying to get a sneaky picky 😆. But I got a F cause I refused to participate. Cause it was just to much so in high school I joined ROTC and got a A in that.
I’m doing great prissy I’m gearing up for my next knee replacement surgery my right leg on the 28th no cartilage in my knees total replacement soo the left one was done in feb.26th God place favor over my life I’m gonna be fine can’t wait bc bone on bone pain is worse than giving birth too my 9.5lb. 20.5 Inch long baby with no meds like I did 26 years ago .
I was told I will probably need 1 in the future. I cringe at the thought of it. Was PT bad, I was told that's the worst part of it. You only had to other 1 done in 3 months? I've been getting cortisone shots since 2018 and they help so much. The only thing, the doctor said those shots can eat away the cartilage😢
