Dr Disrespect's former studio Midnight Society, which he was a co-founder of, has announced it is shutting down completely.
Midnight Society mutually agreed to cut its ties with Dr Disrespect last year after the streamer confirmed he was banned from Twitch for messaging a minor in a lengthy statement, which he since deleted, after allegations were made by two former Twitch employees.
Not long after his comeback in September after taking a two month hiatus following the revelations, Dr Disrespect said he would be "right back in" with the studio which was dismissed by the company as a "baseless claim".
Midnight Society was working on a new IP called DEADROP, a free-to-play FPS (first-person shooter) which was due to release in 2024, but this target was missed.
And the studio is now no more, confirming its closure in a statement on social media on Thursday (January 30).

Well they weren’t allegations. Dr.Disrespect did admit it. If they weren’t bad he would have released them, but there is clearly something there.

And again if it was sexting Doc would have been doom because California were Doc lives has some of the Strongest laws against it, and he wasn't charged with anything. So it points to Doc being innocent yet again.
Now why doesn't he release, maybe because those joke are not politically correct at all and would do more harm than good.

Could be wrong, but to me based on all I've seen and read. Doc isn't "Guilty" in the eyes of the law... that being said, the vast majority of society would likely call him a 'creep' who talks inappropriately to people under 18. Still gross in my book.
DrDisrespect killed Midnight. He killed it back in 2020 when he decided to be hormonal moron…again…. Midnight Society never stood a chance and he made sure of it.

he admitted to messages that "might be in the realm of being considered inappropriate with a 17 year old" so, a borderline adult + "messages" + allegedly only text, + he was never legally prosecuted or even close to it, doesn't that make you think twice about all of this? I mean with all this details is like thinking that someone who committed a crime in daylight in front of multiple people wouldn't get prosecuted and no one knows why.
