@@TravelCarsPasicevoPhotography I have C43 as well. Reliability is good, but make sure that you are filling it was good fuel (A98/100) and chaning oil regularly.

Great video. It's much more "raw" compared to the e43. I guess that Car is aimed to be a cruiser. This car being more louder and sportier. That gearbox. Nice quick shifts. Much better than previous gen mercs.

Hi, I can not choose between the a45 and the c43 which is the better choice of the sound. The a45 is faster and looks sporty but the c43 coupe looks also sporty and has a good acceleration .

Great video! That C43 pulls extremely well at the top end. AutoTopNL, question for you...Having driven the CLA45 as well, which do you think is faster at highway speeds (i.e., once both cars are rolling)? With launch control available on the CLA45, I know the CLA45 is faster from a standing start, but I'm unsure which is faster once both cars are already moving.
+Cal Thomas we are not sure either but if you look at the stats, the CLA45 should be faster. This C43 however is a lot cooler!

Wish this included commentary on handling and suspension. AutoTopNL has multiple driving posts of the C43 but none have commentary that I know of except one that was tuned. Maybe they don't like the car. I would like to know.

Deze auto wilt meer dan dat ik verwacht had! Natuurlijk jammer van die limited 250km/h maar je had de begrenzer dus aan kunnen tikken in versnelling 5! (4:48) Best heerlijk! Wel vind ik het goed dat Mercedes AMG zoekt duidelijk concurrentie met modellen zoals de S modellen van Audi (niet de RS natuurlijk waarmee sommigen in de comment section het ermee vergelijken ;) daarvoor zijn de meer high-end AMG modellen voor bedoelt)
English for the others here: More than that I expected from a C43! It even (could) hit the, unfortunately, limited top speed (250km/h) in the 5th gear! ( 4:48 ). Nice that Mercedes AMG created the C43 to fight models like the S models of Audi! Note: NOT the Audi RS models (which are being compared to this C43 by some people...)... for the RS models, Mercedes AMG has its more high-end models for that! (Just wanted to make this clear XD)

I am from Germany and I'm driving a Mercedes Benz C43 AMG Cabriolet and I saw in many videos on UA-cam the nice display where you can see the boost power or something like this. The problem is that I don't know how to program my Comand System that I can also see this on my display. Is it possible that your can explain me how to set my Comand system that I can also see the nice display while driving?

It sounds the best if you shift yourself around 6000 then it does the crackles if you run into the limiter and let it shift itself it wont do that...

Coming from an Audi, I tested drove the M2 and the S5. My honest opinion I do not enjoy the interior of a BMW. Merc wins that for sure. Also, not sure if it matters to you but C43 is 4matic which handles like a true race car in S+. If you price out the Merc make sure to add the AMG Performance Exhaust. I start mine with the windows down when I can just to get a smile! Go test both. Buy what makes you happy.

What are the differences between c450 and c43 ?
Nothing buddy. The C450 has a 7 speed transmission while the C43 has a 9 speed transmission! That is ALL the difference. They are EXACTLY the same car.

AMG gatekeepers will say some bs like you stated (not a pure AMG). It's not built by one man one car and doesn't have a plaque but who cares! I've seen those who went C43 just because of the build. AMG DNA is covered in the C43. It's not like they just threw the AMG badge on there for fun. It means something. It means AMG took a regular C class and gave it a complete AMG tune up. I love mine. Left Audi and never looked back.
