    Good stuff - purchased boat w/cummins QSB 5.9's this fall and will remove and clean, test, etc in the spring. little nervous but looks fairly straight forward. Thanks for the video!

    Just wondering why you don’t test to 30 psi ... given your turbo should be pushing 25 -30 ?

      The boost can hit those numbers but remember that on the other side of the aftercooler o-ring is the seawater pumping though which is under some pressure as well (100% determined by how clear or how blocked your coolers are) so the o-ring is subjected only to the delta between the two pressures.
