have a mechanic smell your transmission fluid to tell you the life expectancy , fords of that era had terrible transmissions . other than that i wish you best of luck on your journey . the vibration is a wheel balance issue , check the year dated on the tires , might be best to have them replaced , dont worry the brand , better than old dry rotted tires . cool van
