  • Join us on an incredible journey to the Giza pyramid complex, where we delve into the fascinating history and construction of these ancient wonders. Discover how the Egyptians viewed death not as an end, but as a journey. We take you inside the awe-inspiring Khufu pyramid, where the heat and claustrophobic conditions almost caused Amy to have a panic attack!
This adventure wasn't without its challenges. Filming on a scorching 35-degree day, we battled through food poisoning to bring you another instalment.

We were there last October and experienced the same suffocating journey inside the pyramid. Amazing to see but so tiring!

Yeah that’s how we felt. Honestly they really need to have a total capacity limit (and a sunshade outside 😅), but incredible experience nonetheless! We went to the red and bent pyramids and it was a much better experience, did you guys do that too?

A sunshade out side 🤣 fuck me. Maybe an indoor swimming pool in the pyramid as well that’d be neat with some air conditioning

Aww Amy, just felt so bad for you! I nearly had a panic attack watching, looks hectic, and sorry you guys were sick too! I think I would get so claustro in there 🥴 Great video and looking forward to seeing your visit to Saqqara! (Also Grant you need to bring back the 'onwards' haha!) ✌🏻

Thanks Kiki! It was definitely an intense experience - I didn't expect to react that way but yeah the food poising also didn’t help 😅. We have the pyramids at Saqqara and Dahshur coming up and luckily we pretty much had the place to ourselves, so no more panic attacks 😝.
Haha we somehow forgot about 'Onwards,' I'll get Grant to bring it back.

I would 100% have a full scale, claustrophobic panic attack....and that's just on the bus ride there.

Great video. I went in November and was surprised how crowded it was inside, especially with the cost to go inside.

Oh Amy you've have dreamt about this moment since you were a child.... and then... panic attack!
When the dream turns out to be a nightmare. You were shaking.
Umbrellas guys! The most portable awning there is ;-)

Grab a 50+ UV umbrella. Been awesome for tropical summer walking. The Victorians got it right just not the UV bit @@less-travelled

Man, I just gotta say- those of us who would be attracted to this video due to our wonder and love of the pyramids....should not watch this video. You could claim that it is a reality check, but the fact is, this finished video is 80% negative, 10% neutral, and 10% positive. Not fun to watch people essentially complain for 80% of a 22 minute video while living out a bucket list item that so many millions could only dream of being fortunate enough to do one day.

The aim of our content is to present the both the positive AND negative aspects of a place to give people a real feel for it. If we don’t do this and instead over glamourise things or just focus on the positive then what’s the point of the content? it’s no longer real, it just becomes a fiction. We too were attracted by the wonder and excitement of the pyramids (hence why we visited!) but several factors frankly ruined it. In the next episode, we visit the nearby ‘Saqqara pyramids’ and we had much better experience as you’ll see :) I hope that makes sense.

I get it about the animals but don't forget that for them it's just a normal day. They are desert animals and are probably worse off being kept in British Safari Parks than giving rides to people in their natural environment.
    Enjoyed the video though!

are you sure it wasn't a spiritual awakening? The pyramids hold a lot of energy. My coach went and she was not allowed to film or talk about what she saw at points...if you really understand the spiritual world we live in you know
