Actually, I'd argue about confronting them. They would just as easily claim abuse if you did that. It would be better if you just have them served and leave a note stating that all communications will be through a lawyer.
@ Confronting them 1st would give them the opportunity to turn it around on you. They could even call the police and accuse you of abuse when you confronted them. That’s why seeking legal counsel is always the smart move to protect yourself as much as possible. But you do you.
@@sofakingimmature I agree with the exception of leaving the house. If there is significant equity in the house you may want to stay and get your half of the profits from a sale of the house, but if you are renting or have little to no equity in a home that you own, then yeah, lawyer up, ghost, and move on.
@@Mistamannfour It depends because there are many variations about the house but its worse if kids are involved. 1. Whose name is on the deed. That person has the right to kick the offender out, the man or the woman. 2. If both own the house, a discussion in the divorce is required, mainly to split the sale proceeds or buy the other out. 3. If there are kids, it becomes more difficult because they will stay there or go with one parent to another house or rental. 4. If the parent that cheated stays, the judge can force the dad to keep paying the mortgage until they turn 18, then the house is sold, and proceeds are split. 5. If she gets alimony while in the house, the dad can demand no men stay there. If she marries, then she loses alimony. 6. The house sale is easier if the kids are older and have a say as to who they want to live with. 7. I've seen stories where she cheats, devises a plan to accuse him of abuse, gets an RTO, and forces him to pay for the house. This works in some cases, so #4.
The company the wife works at needs to be informed about a married woman having an affair with her BOSS. That is not supposed to happen. Both need to be fired.
I'm sorry but if you know your wife is a cheater and daughters covered for her, why agree to listen to them. His job was to hire professionals that would give him the complete picture. A good lawyer and PI are needed up front. After that notify all family members of what happened.
Can you really do that? Sign over everything you have to someone else while considering a divorce. In any case, nice story, especially for Betty, could not happen to a better person.
This ended too quickly, im glad betty got some karma but i wanna see if she pops off on her mom for all this lol. Also dude did this wrong. Steps are gather evidence, speak to a laweyer, process the pain, sugically remove the probelms, cry some more once its done
Guys, always collect as much evidence as possible and talk to your lawyer before confronting the cheater. Hire a P.I if your lawyer advise.

It seems the Girl Power in OP's family is off the charts!!
There was barely an ending to this story.

it was a pattern it went beyond giving the story an actual ending ~
Ending was abrupt and sucked
She got what was coming to her.
Started off pretty good, however the ending is lousy.
