    I was looking at my obesa flowers while watching this video. I think I have a female obesa. Thanks for answering my query. I am so amazed by your euphorbia collection. Hands down, you have the best I’ve seen so far. The age on them gives them high value! Great job Clyde taking care of them. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😃

    That was such an extensive collection of Euphorbias, Clyde! 😍 You can put up your own Cacti and Succulent plant show with your collection. I loved the little snippets of info and history of each plant. You truly love your Euphorbias. I guess it’s safe to assume that it’s your favourite genus. 🥰 I cannot imagine how difficult it must have been for you to tie your Euphorbia milii like a tree. 😬 The age of some of your plants is simply awe inspiring! Your passion for them cannot be beat! Thank you for sharing your collection and your knowledge and your passion with us. Have a great day and keep safe and well! 🙏🥰❤️

      Glad you loved the collection video! Yes the millii tree was a bit of a challenge over the years but has allowed me more space and made an interesting plant! Yes I love the Euphorbias and cactus the most of all the succulents!! So many forms!!! They just can't be beat!!! Thanks for watching!!! Very cool collection! That Milii tree is very impressive, never seen one like it. Thank for explaining about the female and male flowers. I now am able to see that my Euphorbia Obesa is actually a female. I have a Euphorbia Phosphorens (I think, through google searching) that must have both male and female, since it produces (explosive) seeds regularly, without me or any bugs pollinating anything. I don't see any difference in those tiny flowers though, it's currenly blooming again. Best from Dublin

    • @morrisparkintheozarks6831
      @morrisparkintheozarks6831  3 роки тому

      Thanks Nathalie!!! Yes some Euphorbias are both male and female. The mili tree can be done by just wrapping the plant around a metal stake. And as it branches keep wrapping the new branches around it also. This takes many years but will produce the desired effect. Thanks for watching!!! From Morris park in the Ozarks to across the Emerald Isle, have a great day!!!! Peace ,Love,Plants!!!✌💖🌵🌷🌴🌺🌲🌻🌸

    No Euphorbia ingens?
    Beautiful collection! Thanks for sharing

    • @morrisparkintheozarks6831
      @morrisparkintheozarks6831  3 роки тому

      No" I'm sorry to say, no ingens. I try not to have too many giants. As I am some what limited in height & width. My Euphorbia abyssinica is the only giant I have and next year it will have to be repotted.😬 And this will be quite a task as this thorny tree is very heavy and dangerous! It will require pulleys & rope to lift it out to change the soil. Along with a giant pachypodium lameri. So I try to keep my heavy plants down to a minimum. Hahaha! Euphorbia ingens is a fantastic Euphorbia, very impressive!! I just don't have the room. And I'm getting too old to lift them for maintenance! Thanks for watching!!!! From Morris park in the Ozarks , have a great day! See how much goes back into my greenhouse for the winter in my upcoming video"Fall Exodus". Peace,Love"Plants!!!!✌💖🌵🌸🌴🌹🌿🌺🍀🌷🌳

      @@morrisparkintheozarks6831 That makes a lot of sense. I was a little surprised not to see it in your brilliant collection because it is so common over here. I got a small cutting from south Spain a couple of years ago, but didn't think about the troubles it will give me in the future, haha.
      Greetings from Denmark

    Hey mate, some of those euphorbias you got there, the ones from the 80's and so on. How many times have they been repotted throughout their lives, and do they require much maintenance in the form of keeping them a desired size? They all seem to be very compact and enjoying the size of their pots.

    • @morrisparkintheozarks6831
      @morrisparkintheozarks6831  3 роки тому

      With the exception of the giant abyssinica, about every two years. The Giant has been in its planter about 6 or7 years. It's going to get refurbished this spring which will require ropes & pulleys because of its weight!! Also the large pachypodium growing with it. A major job this spring!!!! From Morris park in the Ozarks, thanks for watching!!! Peace,Love,Plants!!!! ✌💖🌵🌷🌴🌺🌲🌻🌸
