Much of the credit here goes to Sham00k, who initially approached me (from England) and suggested a collaboration. He is the mastermind behind the mind-blowing, face-morphing effect here.

Great work! Did you have to tune the text of your poem to fit the idiosyncrasies of each face you were 'putting on'? Or was it entirely written a priori?

Man.... That was truly genius talent, it wasn't just some impressionist, that word has been watered down by people who can only mimic the voice, but you are showcasing the way they make their expressions, how they move their arms, their body language subtle ways they choose certain words when describing something as a individual and what is their vocabulary is for uses outside just a rememberable quote but formulating original content through sheer self talent that has more to say about your skill level then theirs, and also immeasurably shows that you far exceed them. And could just take their spot as a double with a deep fake and they wouldn't even be needed and it wouldnt even be noticed. You are not a impressionest. But a genius actor and artist in a world with a blind audience.....

Won't happen soon - a home setup does not simply have the storage and computational capacity. It will take ages to render out.
I suppose you can solve the former with a lot of money and quite a bit of tech knowledge.
The latter... someone will need to figure out quantum computing real quick for that to be a thing.
The artistic choices won't be there either - that's where humans usually come in. To make the cinematic choices that influence you emotionally in carefully crafted ways. One of the reasons why moves take a while to make, among CGI development times.
Neat idea though, can definitely see how you could ask a computer to generate imagery based on verbal requests in the future.

@@jimmeskimen thanks will do! And The VFX sells it but you’re doing the full impression- body language, how you’re face changes and physical delivery of words- not just how it sounds. Like Dana Carvey level of solid- and varied- impressions.

Thank you again! Sham00k contacted me and we decided to collaborate. I had written this poem and done a couple of video versions, one with several impressionists doing a couple of stanzas each, but always felt it could be more impactful. Sham00k's stunning work really brought it to life. We've done a few others since, but they have not had the popularity, but now of course deep fake is not such a novelty as it was when this one launched. Also I feel the sequencing of the voices worked a lot in its favor.
