Whereas BRICS is coming from the acronym of few countries representing only themselves, so to cater the need of inclusiveness in the name, the plus sign or word is crucial, where the particular 5 countries are still highlighted. So changing BRICS+ is the bare minimum we can do. More we can do would be using totally different name like UN did to represent all the countries.
