3 small oranges.
Total 180ml orange juice 3/4 cup.
Cornstarch (15g/1.5 level tablespoons).
Condensed milk (80g / 2.8oz).
Cold cream 33-38% (250 ml/1 cup).

Cream 33-38% (200ml/4/5 cups).
Sugar (60g/2.1oz).
Savoyardi cookies (5-6 pcs.).
Juice of 2 large oranges.
Total juice (150ml/3/5 cup).
Sugar (40g/1.4oz).
Pectin (1/2 tsp).
