I think being confident in yourself is key! also knowing what you can do and cannot do, and being willing to learn are important. Dress well too

Confidence is so key! What I have seen though, is that it usually doesn't come easy for many people.

My thoughts: I cannot emphasize the importance of being open minded as you alluded in your video Mpho. As young professionals we do an injustice when we box ourselves into specific roles. This can harm and restrict your career growth. I've personally found that some of my biggest opportunities came from raising my hand when a problem was presented, try find a solution and being open to walk into the unknown. Will you get push backs? Yes. Will you get a "No"? Most definitely. We simply need to show up and raise your hand, be visible and believe you me, you will get noticed.
