- Stumbled upon a CT scan showing ambiguous soft tissue around the Celiac Axis and SMA and not sure how to classify it? Tune in to learn step by step approach to interpret such cases in this episode of virtual workflow series!! I'll share with you its causes and clues to differentiate them. What features support a malignant etiology and when to call it benign!! We will also learn the staging of pancreatic cancer, particularly which areas are common sites for metastases!!

You do a great job explaining this. I have been a nurse for years and this put a better picture in my head
BeautifullyPresented
excellent presentation
Many thanks
Just some feedback on this case: This has been confirmed to be a pancreatic cancer on histology and PET CT. Will share the PET CT in another video.
Thanks
Good approach
Exceelent presenation and approach to the case. Thankd alot for your effort. Any feedback about this case?
Thank you! Will update

Nicely presented
👍 Nice
Very nice explanation
Thanks for the excellent presentation. I would like you to upload more abdominal cases showing the description of the tomographic signs and their differential diagnoses.👏👏👏
Sure! Thanks tor your feedback
Is there a right pulmonary embolism ?
This study is performed in portal venous phase, the pulmonary arteries are, therefore, not well opacified. There is no definite PE.
Thank you, your videos are classy. Can i expect more content involving chest CT associated pathologies. Thank you
Thank you, yes certainly!!
Can I ask your thoughts on celiac axis compression syndrome....? Could that be something to do with pancreatic neoplasm? I see this often .
Could be IgG4 Related diseases?
Hello, IgG4 related disease is a good differential given its wide range of imaging appearances.👍🏼 This, however, was later confirmed to be pancreatic cancer on histology.
Colon or large intestine ulcers can be seen in ct scan and MRI?
CT and MR might not be able to identify small colonic ulcers; we might be able to see large or malignant ulcers with good large bowel preparation.
@@RadScope24ok thanks a lot.... 🙏🏻
We donot see any mass in this study maidam??
Hi, you are right, we do not see any mass in the pancreatic head. It is slightly bulky but does not have any definite mass. There is, however, some ill defined soft tissue thickening around the celiac axis and superior mesenteric artery which is an indirect sign of malignancy.
ok
