    Mam.can it be a pseudocyst with hemorhagic transformation?.

      Hi Suresh. Pseudocyst is a good differential to consider for peri pancreatic cystic lesions. However, pseudocysts are typically homogenous as haemorrhage in them is quite rare and majority of these have a history of acute pancreatitis to link them with. This particular cystic lesion had typical clinical history, location and complications (duodenal obstruction) to favour para duodenal pancreatitis over other differentials.
