INGREDIENTS:
- 3 potatoes
- 3 courgette
- 2 eggplants
- 4 small tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 1-2 florina peppers
- Parsley
- some spearmint
For the sauce
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 70 ml olive oil
- 200 ml of water
- salt and pepper

Never saw baking with butter paper on top! What mode of the oven did yiu use ? I usually use fan to with heat from both top and bottom
Hello. If you usually use fan you have to cover with a lid or put over the paper some aluminium foil and cover the tray..

@@sush139 I Don't use the fan only with paper ( it may fly 🤠 in the oven). If you want you can use it at the end, when you bake the food without paper. Hope you will enjoy it 😊
@@Greek_Cuisine Indeed, it may fly. So you only use the heating element from the bottom or both bottom and top ? My oven is new and it has whole lot of modes, which i don't use or know how to use. That is why i am asking so many questions.....😆
