Has anybody used one of these vertical mount double swing arm for a B&G Vulcan 7 GPS/MFD, Or similar size GPS in the companion way door of a sailboat? Was it sturdy enough when extended so that the GPS doesn’t bounce around?
I believe the compatibility on the RAM website may need to be updated. These swing arm mounts should be compatible with the Elite FS 9. Unless you saw a note on the site specifically saying that it will not work with the FS 9, you should be good to go.
Could you use the ram Tele pole system also be used for this application?
