Hi Daniel, the footage in this was shot on a DJI Phantom 4 - that was its last flight as I replaced it with a DJI Mavic 2 Pro (much better as a travel drone) I love the footage they produce, and the perspective they give you - just need to make it a New Years Resolution to fly more once I'm out of lockdown 😀
Yes, the Pro is much more convenient for travelling. In fact, I just got myself the new Mavic Mini 2, as I thought it would be perfect to take on my travels. I've flown it a little around Hythe and looking forward to trying it out in other places and uploading some videos, too. All the best and Happy New Year!

I have to be honest, on that route, we didn't stop off, but there were plenty of little villages at the top 50% of the lake; it was much quieter at the southern end. Annecy is packed with restaurants, and a real mixed bag. We had some nice food at Le Ramoneur Savoyard, which specialised in local Savoire dishes and some pretty overpriced average dishes by the edge of the river in the centre of town. I think the secret is don't spend a fortune, not sure it will be value for money. Are you planning to head that way when you can?
@@OurWorldForYou I'm a Scot,so not spending a fortune is second nature lol .We were planning on going this year,but more likely next year now.Thanks for the info.

Anyway, I hope you do get there. Is it part of a bigger road trip? There's some lovely places in France to explore. Now that's funny; we watch the grand tours for a little inspiration too. Our tour of Spain had a couple of detours based on the La Vuelta. Anyway, here's to a great trip - whenever it may happen. 🍻👍😃
