Would love to see more technique videos for front row. I often come across a more experienced loosehead who makes my life pretty miserable in at tight. Had surgery this morning for ligament reconstruction on the thumb due to an injury on field so my rugby season is over, an educational video like this made me feel like my game can still be worked, improved and thought about during my time off the pitch.
I wish scrums where actuall fair contests, where the ball feed is straight. World Rugby need to also move the feed line back to the center of the tunnel
My game changed when they stopped it being a turnover on a wheel. Used spin tightheads up and round all day and magically we drove straight in the 5m for tries.
