If anyone’s wondering how basic hours are calculated on a payslip it’s contracted hours per week X 52.1428 / 12. Your salary evenly split per month regardless of how many days are in the month.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the nurse worked two nights shifts e.g 26 hours. But she was only paid a enhancement for 6 hours not the full shift. Surely this isn't right ?? I'm not retaining what's being said. But basic salary is the basic pay for the hours. But surely it should be 30% of 26 hours not 6 ? Please someone explain
Hi George, I need help calculating my hours worked. I getting paid for 30 hours per week. I start at 8AM - 3:30PM Mons - Thurs (26 hours) and Fridays 8AM - 12PM (4Hours). I am given a 15 mins morning break and a courtesy break is available in the afternoon. I was told my lunch break is 45 minutes Mons - Thurs. However, I am not sure if I should be leaving at 3:30PM or 3 :15PM Mons - Thurs.
Why did they put her personal allowance against her 30k, and not against what she actually earned (24k)?? Isnthen30k figure based on full time? But she does 31 hours instead of 37.5 so her actual salary is 24k? If so should 12k personal allowance be taken off the 24k?
Manong George, I'm in my 1st year sa UK pero naguguluhan pa rin po sa payslip. Confirm ko lang po if pwede pa rin po ba kung £25,655 salary and nhs contribution is 9.3% o dapat po ba 7.1%? And after 2nd year pa lang po ba magiincrease ang pay?
@@minominmina5672 i've checked my payslip this month, my pension went down to 8.8%. Should i raise my concern that they've been using 9.3% for the past year or is it okay since its for my pension anyway? Does the nhs match their employee's contribution, or do they have a fixed % as well?
I think, better to contact bank resource. Coz u do not know who (ward managers made the entries on system) made mistakes. Maybe they can track it for you.
Hi sir, with regards to NI deductions, it seems to be inconsistent. When I do bank shifts, NI deductions may or may not appear in my payslip. Can you shed some light into this? Thanks.
In london they get a london weighing allowance depending on what zone you are. We have a video about different pay slips. Where we showed a payslip from a nurse who works in zone 1 london
Do you want to see a private payslip as well? 😁
Yes pls
And to those in carehomes 😉
I will look for someone 😁
I want to see the payslip of a Band-7 or Band-8. :-)
