Nice job. Enjoyed it. SH-9 has that warm thick Steely Dan solo sound. All very nice but I preferred the SH-9. I currently use 3 drive pedals: Barber Gain Changer SR > Fulltone OCD > Thorpy Fallout Cloud (all set to low gain). I do alot of Clapton and Santana. The Gain Changer is phenomenal. oNe LovE from NYC
I have the SD 9 , that's what I could afford years back. But I've decided when I play like SH or ML I will buy a Butter Machine and an SH9 to boost it. Good quality video!
Hey thanks for watching. I think I like different ones for different things. To me the TWA SH9 is the best for high single note leads in a trio band type context. I prefer the Butter Machine in recording situations and for bands with a lot of instruments. It is very fuzz like with great dynamics and touch sensitivity. And the Maxon SD9 is a classic at this point and for use into an amp with gain for a rock style chord or hook part it sounds great. Hope that helps!
Sorry about the glitch at 3:55 guys. Something must have rendered odd. It goes back to normal at 4:05.
