What's your favorite part about this house?
Beautiful home! My favorite part was definitely the master bath and the entertainment space.
@@sydneybyrd635 those were both great!
There's a lot to like here. The fact that the rooms are generally spacious without being open to every other room is a big plus - few people truly enjoy the lack of privacy engendered in the open floorplan movement. The home theater room is fairly nice but could be better. I love that the bar in the basement is truly large enough to entertain at, and without being cramped back-counter at that, with the fact that it's also a full kitchen in its own right being a wonderful bonus. Narrow, high-walled tubs aren't my favorite kind, especially when nothing about them matches the surrounding bathroom beyond "oh they're both fancy", and even as a toothpick of a six year old I always had trouble with tiny WCs like in that Master if the door swung toward the toilet, but I like that the shower has room to turn around and spread your arms and help eachother wash, as well as the ceiling mount rainshower head. I was a bit worried when I saw the limited storage space and workspace in the main kitchen, given the intended occupancy, but the rest of the kitchen suite more than makes up for it, which probably makes that whole set of rooms my favorite feature.

Love seeing your videos ! I’m from KC and now live in Virginia but always consider the design in KC top notch and simply beautiful. Thanks Anthony and please keep making these videos!
HAPPY NEW YEAR 🍀 🙏
Great work! I loved everything!!!
Thanks! 😎
Good job Anthony! Love the video.
Thank you Gina!
I love the house, all except for the two-level kitchen island. That looks dated, and odd.
That feature is always hit or miss for me too! 😎
Is that vinyl plank flooring?
Nope, they were all hardwoods...white oak I believe
In order to improve your description, it is just a powder room or guest half bathroom but not a powder bathroom. Also, NON perishables go in a pantry.
Steady camera work, good presence and presentation, but you need to trade the harsh cuts out for smooth transitions and slow some of the focused pans just a smidge. You can keep the pans as they are otherwise, since you and your team did well choosing for best lighting and least obstructions or busyness, but there too you might consider planning the angles in advance so you can move the camera into position in the main presentation to better aid the transitions in post-editing.
A couple of further nitpicks are that you didn't display any of the secondary bedrooms and that you didn't show the space allowment for the washer and dryer when you showed off the utility closet; either detail can make or break most sales, especially in a house designed for this many occupants.
Thinking about it more, there was no real coverage of the outside areas of the property, either; although looking back at the intro pan, I can see why. It's hard to sell people on $1.5m for a home if you make it obvious it has very little yard and garden space and what little it has is so very barren.
@@claws61821 filming during the cold of winter is rough in KC 😅😩.
@@AnthonyWestkc True enough, Anthony! True enough. Still, from a professional standpoint, better to suffer a bit of discomfort without injury or illness than to produce an incomplete product, yeah? In any case, I was just trying to point out areas where you can improve in future presentations.
