Appearance
Virginia's most prominent characteristic is that she has three arms and legs. She has medium-long blond hair. She is firstly seen wearing a white leotard, however she appears to be wearing camo clothing in the 3rd SoTF trailer.
Behavior
Virginia will firstly be frightened when combat takes place nearby, however sooner or later after frequent lighting throughout the game she will adapt to it. She will be able to learn how to use weapons. Due to possessing 3 arms, she has a combat advantage as she can use two ranged weapons at the same time, such as a shotgun and a pistol, as seen in the 3rd trailer.
Virginia will react to temperature. She appears to like basking in the sun and dislikes colder regions of the island.
Virginia will behave seductively towards the player, if the player chooses to interact with her instead of scaring her off.

Endnight Games confirmed in an interview that they call her Virginia, from Interview 2 with Farket:

We do call her Virginia, you also see Twins and Fingers towards the end of the trailer.

1. Are you able to provide more information about the woman in the trailer? Does the player need to protect her at all times? Some players are concerned that she might be needy and require a lot of maintenance. Or will there be a “Story Mode” and a “Survival Mode”?
She doesn’t give you missions or anything like that; you can try to have her like you, ignore her, scare her off, how you interact with her is up to each player and we hope everyone will have really unique interactions with her.

It is possible that Virginia was in the process of becoming a Mutant Virginia from The Forest, though the process was halted for some reason and she escaped - Farket
It is possible that Virginia is the latest test subject of the Jarius Project. Sahara may be slowly chipping away at the mutation problem, and getting closer to isolating the key to the Creepy Mutants longevity - nhryciw1
...So, this girl might be Sally from the plane that was crashed to revive Timmy. She might've survived somehow, mutated "slightly" and during the story Timmy will be made aware that she is the reason he is alive. - XianBear
Now recently I noticed this but due to the game being set in "Site 2" that might mean that the place was originally owned by sahara or a different company, which could also tie into the bunker, leading me to think that there will be a main sahara site, similar to the one in trailer three as in trailer three this could be showing the entrance to this sahara building which could tie into the virginia's story. - G6 Guy
