  • This is a meal replacement cheese pancake made with oatmeal and two eggs. I made healthy pancakes with oatmeal, a symbol of healthy carbohydrates, and eggs, a symbol of healthy protein.
    ★Material
    oatmeal
    egg
    Mozzarella cheese (optional)
    milk
    ★Order
    1. Pour warm milk into the oatmeal and soak the oatmeal.
    2. Add eggs, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, parsley powder, and crushed pepper and mix.
    3. Add olive oil to the pan, pour in the batter, cover over medium heat, cook for 5 minutes on each side, and you’re done!
