just wash like you take bath so water should go to root of hair as well

One question. Step 5 of the method of Ghusl says to perform ablution like the one we perform for prayer. I’m just confused , does this mean we are performing ablution( wudu) naked?

I am extremely confused with the list that you provided for when the ghusl bathing is required. I am a new Muslim revert and this list shocks me. Why would anyone have intercourse with a dead human or an animal? And are these things permissible in Islam??
This things are haram but the scholars mention them as hypothetical scenarios in order to deduce rulings from
These things are totally prohibited in Islam and are considered as major sins. But still their are some people out there doing these filthy acts. So if these people want to repent and start praying, then the question is should they need to do gusul or not because of these acts. So to answer these questions the scholars have to talk about these hypothetical situations. I hope now you understand better.
For women if there is wetness due to arousal even if there was not actual intercourse does the require gusul?

See if their were any semon or sperm touch to hand then it's better to wash it from soup but even if it's not we can use soup for cleanliness more

One becomes a Muslim by believing in the Two Testifications of Faith and uttering them with the intention of leaving out blasphemy. The Two Testifications of Faith are:
I testify that no one is God except God and I testify that Muḥammad is the prophet of God.
One has to believe that the Creator, Allâh, exists, and is not similar to anything. He is the only Creator and the only One Who deserves to be worshipped. He does not need anything and everything needs Him. God has Attributes of perfection that befit Him and any imperfection is not attributable to Him. Any imperfection, such as ignorance, place, direction, body, soul, organ, children, change or weakness, is not attributed to God. The rule is simple: Whatever you imagine in your mind, God is different from it. God sent messengers the first of them was Adam and the last one was Muḥammad. All the messengers, including Jesus and Moses, were truthful, ordered their people to believe in One God, Allāh, and not to associate any partner with Him. Hence, their Religion was the same: Islam.

Why is there mention of intercourse with the dead and intercourse with animals….and specifics of what would or would not require ghusl after intercourse with the dead and/or with animals? If a person did any of these acts, would they not be punished?

having intercourse with dead and animals is forbidden (haram) and sinful. but the scholars mentioned all possibilities and mentioned these hypothetical scenarios in order to deduce rulings from them

Then amm I to use soap ND sponge to bath from my right shoulder down ,then the left shoulder down before performing wudu? Or there's no need using soap and sponge?
See firstly you don't allowed to say Bismillah in the bathroom but you will say just before entering the bathroom
Secondly yeah first you wash your private parts and things stick around
Then rising water in nose and mouth
And then pour the water all over the body
See if you do wadu that's good as it's Sunnah but if not still your Ghusal done and no need to do wadu as well
And yes their is no need having soap and shampoo , but yeah you can use
