As it says, the 1960s no I believe these radio programs are way earlier than that. This was produced between 1946 -1949. My grandparents were very big on listening to radio more than Television
Okay so, longish comment here... There's a comedy film maker named Larry Blamire, he makes homage comedy movies that look like they were made in the 30's, 50's, 60's, etc. He borrows heavily from these old radio mysteries for the soundtracks for his movies. I didn't realize it until I discovered your awesome youtube channel and recognized the music. He borrows mostly from 'The Creaking Door' and 'Suspense'. Thanks, as always, for posting. 😎
