I Dare say, The Creaking Door is one of my favourites. I always love the intro. I have a good sound system, and I love to crank it up - "The CREAKING DOOOOR!!!!" Classic!
Several people have uploaded lots of these old programs and I appreciate all of them for their efforts. What I like about @UCbIZGf1kihi4GVbrPqFTKlw are the playlist categorizations. This being Oct. (2019), I'm focusing on the Horror and Halloween playlists. The special Halloween episodes of the variety shows are especially fun (Karloff on Crosby). I don't like sounding like a curmudgeon, but Halloween used to be fun and not so twisted and grotesque. I still like some modern horror, but this stuff reminds me of innocent childhood Halloweens, good times and long lost friends.
Thanks for continuing to listen to the shows here. I still like a mixture of the fun and gory parts of the Halloween holiday. The images from the past are amazing though. Will never be able to replicate any of that today. Halloween playlist to some time in creating and glad that you found it. Thanks again! 🎃
@@OTRHALLOWEENHOLIDAZE These OTR stories are my favorite pastime, entertainment and responsibility escape. Yes, i admit it. But then I am old and can take the liberty. It was 2011 when I first discovered OTR, how I did I don't remember, but back then these stories were hard to find. I joined Relic Radio that had many layers. There was a forum. It was great. Folks from all over the world listening, chatting and communing over these stories. Now there are many hosts bringing a wealth of them in many places, just mo forum. I especially enjoy so many you put out there. It's wonderful and I thank you. I think I'll call you Daze. The complete name is too much to write. Now to indulge in another.
I wish I could get someone to listen to it with me. I love this stuff
I feel similarly, I'm in my 50's, and can't I interest friends. If it isn't in 'Suround Sound/HD" they aren't interested!!
I know what you mean. There are thousands who love these our stories, but I can never find someone close by. I wonder why.
We are all listening together, in a way : )
@@GGiblet I reckon so. 😊 Thus, let's keep listening together.
I fee the same. I also wish I can find someone to listen to it with me. Radio listeners like us are rare. From Ms. Harper Stacey.

I always love the State Express 555 ads - they make me want a ciggie (tho I don't smoke)
No, stay away!
Good story!

I can't find any info on the cast. One of the cops sounds like Hans Conried though. Can anyone shed some light on this?
This was interesting, a little different, sort of a mystery instead of just horro.
Yeah, we have a little of everything. Especially holiday themed shows.
