Ping drivers have changed my golf game. Had the M1 and could not keep it on the driving range. Bought the G400 LST and hit 75% of fairways and gained 20 yards. Dropped my HDCP from 9 to 3!
bought the g425 max at 10.5 deg with reg shaft 55g - love it!! best driver ive had for ages. Replaced my 917f2.

Taken the max. Arrives in two weeks. Just couldn’t let the extra forgiveness go with such good results and not a huge difference in spin numbers. Nice work Mark. UPDATE : 28/7/21. Absolutely loving the max. 😍
My first ping driver will be the g425 5ested one and it was head and shoulders above the likes of sim2 mavrik, titleist etc. Brilliant club.
I absolutely love Ping drivers. Been using Ping drivers since the G15. Have had the 25, 400 and 410 as well.
No need to upgrade now, nor really did I ever need to then either, but if I was looking, this would be at the top of the list again.
I have owned a ping driver in every model since the g25. The 425 is on order... love them!!! They changed my game for sure.
I got a Ping i25. Have had it for 5 years and I love it. And I'm finally gonna update and it's gonna be this Driver I update to. I love my ping driver and I'd never change. Most underrated drivers on the Market in my opinion. Straight and long
You said you can't get the faster club head speed with Ping, try a different shaft they offer several different shafts for those clubs!
I tried out three different shafts one that was 65gR one that was 60gR and another one that was 40gR FUJI AIR SPEEDER and a 55gR ALTA CB which was the best one for me and I got 10 to 11 more yards in the others out of it!
Had the G20, and currently use the G. I had no real intention to upgrade but the G425 max! What a driver! I'm tempted to give one a try after lockdown3. Incidentally, Boris has grounded me more times than my parents ever did! God only knows when we will be playing again.
I’ve never hit a Ping anything yet!... wait, I lied, I have a Ping putter (Sigma 2 ARNA). But I just started this summer. Took me 42 years, but I’m completely hooked! From everything I’ve heard about Ping , I should be playing them. Great video, Thank you.
I play a G30 SFT and love it. It's a very stable and forgiving driver. Not the longest perhaps, but I seem to find more fairways than any other driver I have ever put in the bag. Now to test the New G425 to see just how much better it can be.

Hats off to you man. This is most satisfying and complete demo vids I've seen regarding the G425 series. And for you to recommend Ping drivers as the benchmark to test against (while sponsored by another company) is balls. Bravo!
Absolutely agree 100% with you Mark, where I went for a Mizuno fitting and just wasn't happy so in that fitting went to the rack picked up the Ping G410 and crushed it 298 yards and I stopped the Mizuno fitting right there!
I have had Ping G5, Ping Anser and G400. Ping is my go to driver manufacturer now.
G425 LST, MAX, SFT - I used a Ping G10 and really liked it. I then got fitted and now have a Callaway XR16 with a very light shaft that I do pretty well with. I have always thought Ping was one of the best companies in golf. Good review.
I had the 410 LST until it cracked. I’m waiting on my replacement but went ahead and got a Tsi3. It’s the only thing I’ve hit that could even come close to the Ping drivers in my opinion. Ping is definitely the bench “Mark” for me right now when it comes to drivers. I think it speaks volumes the amount of un contracted players who use their drivers and who also use the new TSi line. I feel like when you take the best players in the world, who have access to the best fittings from all the manufacturers, and they choose those two brands it speaks volumes. As always love the honesty, transparency, and openness in your reviews!
G15 from 09 to 2019. Now G410 plus. With 25 grams (15 + 10) 2 weights back n draw bias. Works well for me. Was fitted but added extra weight for me
Been playing PING drivers for years. G25 was always my favorite. Right now I play the G400.
Tensie Orange shaft X Stiff, 9%, Standard flat lie setting, weight in heal. Great push draw bombs. My favorite driver by far.

“G425, LST, MAX, SFT”. I had a Ping G LS Tec, only changed as I won a Taylormade M5. A great driver and only changed as I liked the new shiny M5. If I was looking for a new driver, this would be top of the list to try.
I still uses a G10!
I had a 2017 M1 and tried the M3 too but sold them both and went back to the G10. Very keen to get my hands on the G425 Max.
Just bought a G425 max 10.5 degrees regular shaft........Could never really hit a driver but this is so easy to hit.......

Bought my 410 plus at a discount once these came out. Switched from Callaway and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. Ping truly is the most stable and forgiving driver period.
I have 400 max and have had several pings over the years. In fact I had the first metal ping driver and 3 wood way back in the day.
I hit the Max yesterday side by side by side with the Cobra XB and the SIm 2 Max..The Ping was the straightest which is most important to me..The Cobra went the longest..The Sim was 2nd..But both of them were right or left of center..The Ping hugged the center line the whole time..Purchased the Max with the Tensei stiff shaft 55 g..
G425 MAX. Had the G400 Max, sold it, and regretted it ever since. Now I’ll be buying the new one. Oh boy!

I wanted a g410 lst but found a g410 plus with tensei orange 60x on eBay for 150$...guy won it in a raffle and said he liked his m5 better.....it’s the best driver I’ve ever tested

started with the G30 LST after your review when you said after a strike..."oh yessy pleasy" then the "G"...G410 Plus and soon to get the 425...just straightest drivers in the market...ping doing what ping does
This video really helps! I have the Ping G and have never hit anything much better. The G is a solid driver. I will look at the G425 Max and LST and do a comparison relative to me. I'm bout ready for a new driver. Great information to help me decide which is best for me. Thank you very much!
Currently playing the G410 Plus and it’s been so consistent for me all year, can’t deny the 425 looks great but can’t see it replacing the 410.
agree on the sound difference, LST had a slightly higher pitch but more solid sound, the other 2 sounded more hollow. The sound reminds me of the old Callaway Big bertha Steelhead, sounded like you were hitting a milk bottle. Used to love it!

Much prefer your videos when do them by yourself! Feels more like your engaging with your audience, rather than the audience looking at you and your mate engaging with each other. The latter works on some content, but for me equipment reviews seem better presented by yourself!!! Keep them coming La
I'm looking forward to testing the G425 SFT. I have the Callaway Rogue draw and I love it. However, I'm a Ping woman. Every club is just so solid.
Went with the Ping G410+ last summer, subsequently plumped for the G410 3 & 5 hyrids also. Decent bats, love hitting them, and love the matt/turbulator finish behind the ball at address. Wont be switching
Having seen the LST he last few years I’ve been tempted to go for one, but I was intrigued to see how the Max performed after everyone raved about the G400 Max a few years ago. Max looks like it could be the best club over a season. Gotta love Ping.
I used a Ping G until 2 years ago. I swapped it for a Titleist TS3. I really like the Titleist but I sometimes look back at the G as it was a really good fairway finder.
G425 LST, MAX, SFT. I've played the G2 and G20. I've actually gone back to the G2 because it has the original Grafalloy Blue shaft in it and I love the way it feels. My G20 had a Ping shaft in it that I didn't like as much.

I had my best driving round in a while this weekend. Drove the green on 2 par 4's and hit a drive on a par 5 that was middle of the fairway only 130 yards out. Callaway XR16. Can't imaging any other club giving that kinda luck lately.
Got the G410 last year, great forgiveness all over the face.

This is the first club since bagging my Taylormade r11(bought after your first review on them all those years ago) that I have considered replacing "My Precious..." 👍
Bought the max before Xmas, don’t live the sound but there results are phenomenal, miss hits seem to go nearly as far as flushed drives, and the face feels so stable. Great club, will likely buy 3 wood and rescue now.

I’m using the 410 lst with the even flow black 75g, best driver I’ve ever had also the first one I had fitted. The driver has always been one of my better clubs but getting fitted plus what the lst provided it’s became the best weapon in the bag

Have had these 3,5 and hybrid for 2 months custom SFT with seniors graphite alta shafts. Wow absolutely awesome ! No slice. Last years Mizuno ST200 Driver is going going gone.

I game the ping g400 lst driver, super driver, nearly changed to the g410 but not alot of difference in numbers. Can't wait to try this new model. Iain
I currently hit the Ping i20 driver. These and the G410 are on my list to test.
I’ve happily played a G25 for a few years now. I don’t feel like its always as hot as it could be, but its so reliable on any strike except my worst. These videos are all doing their job well though. I want to go hit this thing pretty bad.
I love my g15 but it's time to upgrade so still looking at ping drivers this looks very good
Very good test video. I am going to stick with my g425 max driver. I need to increase my club head speed. At age 68 I do not have the club head speed I once had but I can hit fairways pretty consistently.
Ive (6 hcap) gone from the G410 plus stiff shaft 65 grams 10.5 degree to the SIM (adjustable one) 70 gram custom fit 70 gram hazardous smoke green stiff for 2020 much lower flight than G410. Made me hit stronger driver into the wind. i do fade the ball rather than draw it but not sure i got much more from the SIM. So looking forward to fitting and see what PING 425 will bests suit me.....so many reviews what to do

I play the G-SFTec. It's the longest driver I've ever played. I hit it straight with this driver with little dispersion. I'm afraid to change clubs it's so good.
Have had a g400 since 2017 I think ping drivers are game changers. Pro in auchterlonies was raving about the g425 in September and advised me not to buy g410 atm but wait for the g425!!
From what I've seen the max would be the one for me. It seems that most reviews show minimal performance gains from LST but less forgiveness. I'll take the fairway finder all day long!

Thanks Mark. Your comments on acustics are also consistent with the TXG live steam this morning. We should all need to try these ourselves for the sound. So hard and subjective to judge in a video. I expect performace the same or s smidge better. THE STEALTH NO COLOR LOOK is a good direction for Ping. G425 irons reviews should be interesting but the acustic engineering on clubs like i500 really need to get fixed. PXG new 0211 could really hurt them at their new low price point....

I have the G410 and by far best driver I have hit.
I played a Ping G15 driver for a bit. It went OK but then I changed to a Yonex Ezone XPG HD which I'm still playing!
I'm currently hitting a SIM and a TSI 3. My previous driver was a Ping G10 and i still love it.. the shaft is just way too light for my current speeds
and also, yours is the best review ( IMO) so far that I have watched
I've never been a fan boy for a manufacturer but I recently bought a g410 7 wood and I loved it. So I bought a g410 hybrid and I loved that, so I then got a 2nd hybrid and I loved that too. So I then bought the 410 irons and even though they look huge and feel hard they're so Easy to hit... I love them! I have a big feeling my new driver will be a ping too! 😂😂
Going to a fitting day shortly.....was hell bent the LST was the one for me but I'm definitely going to be giving that fairway finding MAX a rip too 🏌♂️💣

Had my ping g400 max for a few years now, I love it and something amazing would be needed to replace it.
What I saw was 3 solid drives in the fairway with Max vs 1 strong drive and two balls in various degrees of trouble (depending on the hole you're playing). It's a win for Max all day for me.
Presently have a 410 Max Tour shaft in Reg. Really nice driver but looking forward to trying the 425!
Happy to hear I’m not the only one to put on a bit of Christmas fluff 😉 all that said I can see your speed training is paying dividends if you can carry in the 280’s when it’s freezing outside. Great club review, have tried Ping drivers but cannot stand the sound they make, I got rid of my apex 19 irons because they sounded clicky, good irons but the sound was terrible, maybe that’s just me, keep up the great work 👍

G425, LST, MAX, SFT. I think the LST or MAX would suit me best. Definitely on my to try list.
Still using the Ping Anser. Find it too loud. I actually pick which golf balls to use when on the range as the newer balls have a duller sound. Will be looking for a duller sound at my next fit since tech is generally the same.
