The glass noodle has a unique texture! When i have a soup or braised food in Korea, i always put glass noodles in it ! It soaks up a sauce or a soup very well :)

I just made this dish today but modified a few things and it was still yummy. I used pork instead chicken because I had some thawed out. I used cabbage because I didn't have spinach nor mushrooms and I am allergic to fish so I used extra soy sauce. Still a banger. Loved it. If my daughter doesn't get home soon her portion will be gone. We skipped the rice too. I just forgot to make it and I was hungry. Keep sharing in 2021 Daniel and Katie

    Bob's your uncle 🤣😂🤣 ¡Jájájá! Now you've done it:
Dan-yun, you've surpassed all my favorite channels for Asian fare, HANDS DOWN! 🤜🤛 Woot!
Thanks to you, I can now make some amazing banchans & stews that thrill even my most picky & culture gun-shy American friends. LOL. (No, no- really! They need some more SPICE in their lives, FOR REAL! 😂 I'm convinced they think all flavor & heat comes from ONE bottle or ingredient... No way, señor! I gotta educate these silly little Americanitos... )
Where was I? Oh yes! THANKING YOU! My fascination with the numerous & varied Asian cultures came out sheer need (due to poverty, my staples were pretty slim) & straight up curiosity because it's so different from my own culture. (My family is from Centro America. Beans & rice, dog. 😉👌)
The culinary arts are dominated by the most colorful, flavorful dishes, as well as those with the most creative presentation.
Thanks to YOU (and our college town's singular Asian market here- thank goodness 😆)- I've had the most fun in the kitchen prepping your dishes! Having a pretty good handle of how to make Japanese bento boxes over the last 3yrs, I decided to bring a little more 💗 & SEOUL into my home after the pandemic hit the U.S.
I now make comforting & nutritious dishes that not only impress my family and nourish my friends-- it makes mi corazón happy! 🍲🥄😊🥢
    Gamsahabnida, Chef Dan-yun!!
Peace & garlic grease from Virginia,
