I'm still grateful 6 years on that a GP told me about 2 of her patients who recovered using the L.P. I was so desperate to get well and it sounded very practical and logical and moreover meant I didn't have to wait x number of years for a medical cure with the inevitable side effects and possible variable result. I'm 100% well and in fact coz I got out of the way of hindering my immune system I'm actually better (+ happier) than I remember ever being! Thanks Phil and my local LP practitioner.

@Timgtfc Thanks for your message. Firstly Me/CFS does officially exist. The world health organisation recognises it as a disease. Those symptoms you mention are ones that people successfully use the LP for. The best thing to do is either ring head office or your local practitioner to have a chat as you probably have a few questions :)

This clearly explains that M.E. is a physical illness that we can influence using our brains. Just like plenty of other physical conditions - strokes, IBS and even heart conditions. Basic knowledge for most of us. I've seen people with strokes make fantastic recoveries using their brains, my partner's IBS was better when he was calmer and the doctor gives us lifestyle advice for cardiac disease. Great work. I like it. Not good news for the pharmaceutical industry though!!

Hi Phil, I have osteo arthritis and the pain is getting too much to cope with now. I have had it for 6/7 years, i'm 23 and don't know what to do. The main part I can't cope with is muscle cramp, would this be something you could help with?

Also you say you look Neurologically at pain levels, are you working with a neurologist and what tests are included in the program fee? What are the different illnesses you have treated with this therapy and what are the relative success rates for these illnesses. Thanks Katie
Hi; we look at how to change the neurological processing than underpins some of these conditions, but the LP approach is about how to make change; diagnosis tends be done by medical practitioners prior to LP, unless the LP pract.has additional training and is also qualified to diagnose. The LP has been used with a wide range of illnesses, some are listed in the research pages of lightningprocess. com Which one are you interested in?
I know it seems far fetched, but you might be interested in learning more about the nervous system & the effects of stress on bodily functioning... if stress can cause damage, disfunction & contribute to disease, then could the "opposite of stress" bring about healing? If you'd like, there is a free Psychology 101 course available at Education Portal Academy online... look at the section 2 "Biological Bases of Behavior"... you also the Emoto water study interesting.

continued- cont...This is exactly what retro viral or antibacterial drugs are designed to do; the LP works to achieve exactly the same end, but instead of using the mechanism of drugs to assist wellness, it uses the mind and body link and the nervous and endocrine system

@jumb0mumb0 Hi, Sorry that's not very easy to answer as the cost varies from country to country and practitioner to practitioner; also many practitioners offer reduced fees for those who need it - so asking your local practitioner is the best way to get the right figure.
BTW, just for the record, i don't have any connection to Education Portal... i am just a student using their courses to study for the PSY101 CLEP test... but, their course provides the same information & science that is taught in college level Psychology 101 courses today & is a good base for beginning to understand what is currently known scientifically about bio-psychology
@imawakebutsleeping Hi, there a few points that need clearing up to answer your comment. The LP does a lot more than just break the pain cycle; it is designed to teach you tools to help restore your body's natural recovery response; the research suggest that in ME/CFS that response seems to have got stuck. If you can provide an environment that assists your body to deal with the underlying infection or chronic response to infection then wellness can follow...cont

Does that also works for Lyme disease??? I am bedridden over 4 years now
So I have severe ME/CFS I am stuck in my bed 24/7 for the past few years. I am in horrendous pain and using my brain even hurts. I have very limited concentration. I have tried so many different herbs etc and ended up with a hole in my pocket. Will the Lightning Process be able to help someone who can barely think most of the time because even thinking is exhausting?

Why is it so expensive???
thanks for your question. Affordability of health care for those who are long term sick is such an important issue.
The lp is actually the same or lower hourly rate as acupuncture, osteopathy, chiropractic etc which have the same complex issues of affordability that you raise, as they still currently sit mostly outside of state funded health care.
The only way forward is to have all these approaches adopted by the state health care provision. This requires a body of research to support the approach’s efficacy/effectiveness. The lp has been building this over the last 15 years, but it takes time.
Many of our practitioners offer discounted fees to help out those in need- as they or their families know first hand how difficult this is. But as there’s naturally a limit to how much they can afford to work for reduced fees it’s a short term fix and state funding is the long term solution. Hope that helps

You should explore Nutrition and health. Stop having so much faith in the medical community. The link between the mind and body health is true, but not as tangible, or assured of results. Research it and don't be trustful, naive, and ignorant, friend
