It all depends on the need of your career. Its like Usain Bolt building his body and stamina for the exact purpose and promoting puma as his sponsor. Likewise, an actor builds his/her body and beauty and promotes the types of surgeries available out there. One can choose to follow or just enjoy the beauty as a feast for your eyes. Shruti Haasan is the prime example of successful plastic surgery. Before surgery she didn't even look good, but now after having surgery she looks extremely pretty. Just compare her look in her debut movie "Luck" to her look in "Ramaiya Vastavaiya". It's crazy.

The thing that no Surgeons may tell u is our facial bones tends to move as age progresses. So what this basically means is a Plastic Structure is built on a ever shifting base, which is why they will have to do correction surgeries after few years.

Surgeries are options available for anyone, I’m just glad she enhanced her look and not degrade it through procedures. However I still admire the actresses those days; From Zeenat Aman, Shabana azmi, Sridevi, Aishwarya, Sushmita, Tabu, Madhuri, Rani, Priety, Kajol, Kareena, etc
They all had distinct styles and looked pretty no matter what in a unique way. Now everyone has the same surgery and looks the same plus the makeup is also similar… I hope whatever celebs do, normal people won’t get intimidated to try the same, everyone is beautiful in their own skin !

I was today years old when I realised most of the people thought that she is natural. It is pretty obvious, ever noticed how most of the Bollywood actresses has similar type of eyebrows? Like Aditi, Kiara, Kriti, Shraddha, Ananya, Aliya and so on. They all underwent some kind of surgery or treatment.
