Dude, having tasted some of your beers; there is no doubt you are on a par with anyone that I have tasted - professional or otherwise. You have no worries on that score mate.

Cheers mate, that very kind, but I think you may have had luckily good examples! Sorry I missed your Birthday - I'd have popped something in the post ;-)

I work in a production brewery so small scale when packing the product might vary. I found that maintaining 10-12 psi in your fermenter while canning is ideal at about 1-2 degrees C. Once you can get the pressure dialed in you can slow down the flow of the beer via the valves leading to the fill heads. This should allow you to fill the cans with enough FOB to eliminate any oxygen and also breakout in your transfer line. That might apply to your issue with filling two cans at once.

You have some really cool stuff going on. I absolutely love brewtube official it’s a proper friendly group I’m really passionate about it, seen so many brewing Facebook groups that are so bitchy bordering on bullying comments and I really hate that and that’s definitely not tolerated their and people feel safe asking any questions without worrying. You are absolutely an inspiration to how to be a lovely human being I applaud and really appreciate you 👏❤️another thought provoking episode. Cheers as always I wish you the best cheers 👍🍻

Thank you, that's very sweet :-)
That Facebook group is actually an example of good practice IMO. I don't generally do Facebook groups for the very reasons you highlight but that's one that I'll dip into every now and then, and one that from my own observations was quite crucial and pivotal during the pandemic in terms of creating a 'community' within which people felt valued and had a contribution to make however small, or however seemingly silly (probably speaking for myself there).
