What about using the removable sleave? Any installation videos for placing that?

I just installed the 71525 model and I’m not impressed with the base pole design or installation recommendations.
The base pole is too short and has to be set on bricks to obtain the proper height, instead of the pole being longer, with a flat base plate on the bottom.
I’m also not impressed with the 2.5” of concrete support between the base post and the playing surface. This thin layer of concrete is supporting all of the overhang weight. IMO the post should be centered in the concrete area for better support.
I am really curious to know why the bottom pole was designed to be as short as it is ? Just to save a few bucks possibly?
    Just my thoughts.

Can this be used as a swimming poolside BB goal by just eliminating the bottom pole/s? And if so,
how far from the pool on the deck should it be mounted? 18-24”?

We have a basketball system specifically for the pool. This one wouldn’t work because of the assembly. This system requires 3 long poles and if not assembled with all poles there are safety hazards and warranty will be void. Check out our Lifetime Poolside here: www.lifetime.com/lifetime-90742-pool-side-portable-basketball-hoop. This system can also be found on amazon.com .

We don’t sell a bolt down sleeve, unfortunately. You can, however, purchase a ground sleeve for this system for the cementing. Here’s the link: www.lifetime.com/lifetime-0023-3-5-inch-round-pole-basketball-ground-sleeve

She's cute, can she come help me? JK. What are your thoughts on installing this into existing concrete using threaded bolts that are epoxied in? Thank you.

As long as you have a bolt pattern of 9" apart then our system will work on your exposed bolts. If they are not, please refer to the instruction manual to see how to properly assemble your system.

Most vague video ever! You keep saying “with the hardware” instead of stating which hardware!

On the right side of the video it shows all the hardware that will be used for the steps.
