Aldenham parkrun Event

Paula and Jane on their quest to bag event “letters” to spell out their names needed an event starting with the letter “A” and Aldenham parkrun.

I didn’t need an “A” so mine stays on 78% and still need an “E” and an “N”. I’m being accused of having a name that’s too short.
What’s not really covered in the video was a review of the Rustic Rhubarb Cafe, which we thought was great.
The car parking was a bit expensive at £5.50 but the Country Park has a lot on offer and with a flat charge you feel compelled to make the most of it. It was just a real shame the weather had other ideas.

This week 70 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 19 were first timers and 2 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 12 different clubs took part.

Aldenham parkrun started on 20th June 2015. Since then 8,987 participants have completed 38,572 parkruns covering a total distance of 192,860 km, including 5,541 new Personal Bests. A total of 722 individuals have volunteered 5,862 times.
