    love this and love your presentation style even more. Very detailing and slow enough for us to follow along with plenty of example. I plan on using this and then upgrading to the pro version later.

    I have yet to be able to find a workout tracker that can accommodate doing different weights and reps for the same exercises. It seems like such a basic task. For instance doing bench press - 1st set weight 100 x 8 reps, 2nd set 110 x 6 reps, 3rd set 115 x 3 reps. All of these notion templates ALL do bench press 3 sets 100lbs x 12 repettions. Which is not a common thing for working out.

      Exactly im trying to figure it out aswell seems really difficult to make for no reason and im not even sure it is possible if i figure it out i will be making a template

    Great video! Whenever I log a new workout, the exercises from the previously logged workout is still present on the new session page. Also, if I do the same exercise multiple times (say I bench 2x per week), the exercise log will not reflect this. It will only have one column with the exercise name and the data from the most recent log. The date I planned and completed the workout will also not automatically reflect on the workout log. How can I fix this?

    Perfect Tutorial. But I have a question. The grey background isn't working at the navigation on my planner. Even if I took "grey blackground", it's still white. What could I do?

    Hi, great video! Would it be possible to create templates for each workout that can be repeated each week but that still allow me to update reps or weight for each one of them? When I try to duplicate a workout, all the data with exercises and sets x reps, etc, is missing in the duplicated page :c

    Tried it out first time today
    I do a lot of pyramids 1 set of 10 with 50 lbs. The 1 set of 8 with 40 etc. how would you track this

      Hi, I created myself, it is not included in free version, only in Pro version.. But you can make it also using Illustrator, Photoshop or canva

    So far so good, I am met with an issue though, and can't figure out where I've made a mistake as I followed everything but may have missed something .So when I try to schedule a new workout schedule on the calendar, the peeking page loads up the exercise log straightaway instead of the "new workout" button that's supposed to generate the exercise log upon clicking it. So the "new workout" button isn't appearing at all. Any idea what may have I missed? Thanks

      I figured the problem disappears when I remove the title Exercise that is pre-existing inside each new generated page on the calendar plus the divider , but I am not sure how to remove it. Have to tinker with the databases somewhere I guess

    Would you be willing to share where we can get muscle group illustrations that are copyright free and do you have an idea if we can use such from Canva in a template we want to sell for profit afterward? Are the ones you are using appropriate for what I am asking? Thanks for the tutorial!

      @@rosidssoy those are simple to make for a beginner? Like is it a steeper learning curve than learning the basics of Notion for example as I have seen myself making good progress with Notion within a week. So those muscle group illustrations seem doable? Thank you for your speedy answer btw

      @@iamwenyo If you have no experience in graphic design, it will take some time to learn and make like that. You can actually make muscle group illustration with much simpler design, and it will take less time. Or you can purchase muscle group illustration with commercial license
