- A whole lotta stuff happens in the final part of my Jennuary vlog. In this video, we do a little shop at Target, Ben gets his cast off (yay!), I have an thorough check up by my doctor, participate in the Women's March, have some quality time with the in-laws, and my parents meet Ben's parents!

I really love your style, and how you seem to be able to pull off anything.
When I first started watching your channel, you were still filming videos with Sarah. Then you graduated from school and were asking which outfit to wear for your graduation. I remember seeing you dye and cut your long black hair, move a few houses, watch your hair grow longer again, dated Ben, got Cheeki, and now wow you're getting married.
I just want to say that I'm so glad to be able to find this channel so early, and being able to somehow grow together with you. Also, I'm so happy for you to be able to find that special someone to spend the rest of your life with. Really hope that you will continue being happy and positive. Love ya Jenn!! (:
It was so endearing to see both your guys' families meet!! I know traditionally, Asian parents always want their children to end up with someone of the same ethnicity, but it's so nice to see how accepting your family is of Ben ☺️

Oh my gosh! I don't know why I almost cried watching both of your parents meet! It's probably because I was reminded of my Korean parents meeting my American husband's parents for the first time. Even though they don't know each other's language, they couldn't be better family now.

Not that POC are all the same,buuuutttt 😂 we all have a lot in common! I know in Black households you DO NOT touch the AC or heat unless you're the one paying the bill 😅 there are sooo many other examples (home remedies,and child discipline) but I just thought I'd point it out. While I did find it really disappointing and upsetting when you told us you didn't vote in the election, it's great that you're learning and becoming more politically active. I recognize that not everyone was raised with a feminist mother like I was, not everyone was gleefully passing out Obama pins to their friends at school in the 5th grade, not everyone was participating in politics from a young age, or even as they got older. We truly do all learn and evolve at different times--that's something huge that I've learned going to college. Being honest about these issues of voting, human rights, etc., puts you in a really vulnerable position, and I appreciate you sharing that part of yourself with us. It really goes to show that we never stop growing and never stop learning. Much love to you!! xx
