I rode Nitro for the first time a couple weeks ago, and that airtime coming out of the break run was great, bc i totally didn't expect it. Usually you know when you're gonna (or should) get airtime on a coaster. I didn't see that one coming
Before watching this: 1: El Toro's 1st drop in row 17; 2: El toro's 1st camelback in row 17: 3: El Toro's 2nd camelback in row 17; 4 through 8: Nitro in the back car. That's fair, I'm sure you must agree. ;) After watching this: We agree El Toro is the best in the park but I think Nitro is 2nd best. Nitro is actually the also easiest coaster to see the Manhattan skyline from its lift hill even even during the day, if it's clear enough, especially considering the numerous buildings in Manhattan that are now over 1300' tall. BTW did anyone ever tell you that you look like Mike Imperioli? He was born in 1966; Maybe he's your dad. In any case: Thanks for posting!

Great list! I love to see JDC getting love. Tho El Toro is my favorite ride at the park, but I have the most fun on JDC. If that makes any sense lol. Jersey Devil gets trashed in the coaster community and I think a lot if it can be unwarranted.
There is a hill on the Coney Island Cyclone parallel to West 10th Street that is similar to the Rolling Thunder hill on El Toro. But of course it's not as forceful as El Toro's since the massive restraints on The Cyclone tend to buffer a lot of the airtime moments.
Hi coliwood, I have a question when it thunderstorms at six flags great adventure is there a certain time it closes for or is it random please LMK ASAP im going on july 18 so i need it before july 17 night.
I’m going to Six flags soon and it says there will be a thunderstorm for the last 2 and a half hours of my visit. Will all the rides close or will sfga close early?
People are saying toro is extremely rough again. And you remember what happened after that. I rode it not too long ago and I only felt it on my legs near the end.
Do not ride it on a wheel seat. ESPECIALLY in the back. The thing will throw you around like a rag doll. Make sure you sit on a non-wheel seat. It's much better that way.
A back row ride on skull mountain has one of the most insane airtime moments in the park! It gets me every time!

I hate to say it but el toro is really rough now. The latter half is really hurt by it including the rolling thunder hill

It’s ok the first drop is definitely the smoothest area I only rode it last Saturday didn’t ride it this year before hand

Kingda Ka doesn’t always go over the top hat fast whenever I ride it not sure the last time it did
