To clarify, do not charge the scale with your phone charger or similar as they most likely have too much voltage which won't charge the scale. Use a low wattage charger. I can’t say for sure how accurate the scale is since I don’t have a calibrated weight, but it’s consistent when weighing the same object in different spots. It shows a similar weight to my kitchen scale, though I’d guess this one is more accurate since the kitchen scale doesn’t measure to the tenths.
