    lets say that fish was 3 1/4, it would be equivalent to an 8lb largemouth based on largest records of each species by percentage. So that was a toad!

      He does that all the time. I laugh every time he does it. Just looks funny, but to each his own...lol.

      Haha, its definitely not necessary, but it does help keep the pressure on the fish. You can certainly keep pressure on them without doing that, but I guess I'm just used to hooksetting like that.
