Thank you for the ability to play with this feature. Questions: Is this intended to be used by a "help desk" employee who would then take this service request # and generate an actual MWO? Does Maximo allow for tenants, say in a large multi-story office building, the ability to place service requests through a simple user-friendly interface? If so, would every person submitting a service request be required to have a Maximo account/profile? Thanks again!

Yes they’ll need a Maximo profile, but the license for that user (to access just the basic self service work centre) is free.
