Thank you very much for the video Is it possible to add a history of faults on this screen? That is, when a technician arrives, he will look at what they did last time and it will give him direction on how to solve the problem

What should be the status of work order ?
The status of the work order is determined by the PM that was assigned to the Condition Monitoring (CM) Upper and Lower Limits. In the video's demo example, the CM's PM is #1078 and it references a Job Plan. The Job plan creates new WO records with whatever variables you define. Getting back to the example - PM 1078 references JP 11430A, which creates WO records with a status = WSCH (Waiting to be Scheduled). Again, this is a configurable value in the JP that you can set to meet your needs. Thank you.
@@mavenasset can we attach already created WO (which is created by a JP that refers to a PM) to CM by cron task? or it should be newly generated ?
The video highlights the use of a cron task to generate the work order for Condition Monitoring - Measure Point WOGEN Crontask. If the delivered functionality is not used - additional development, administration, maintenance and test efforts - would be required. 3:51 WO tracking vs Quick reporting vs work order 4:37 worker order needs to be enabled
Are you seeing an issue with performance/crashing when you have a large # of items (with pictures) in your inventory (not using IBM's Demo data that's not adequate for real life scenarios). I talking 15000 items in a storeroom. As well as with this many items any troubles doing adhoc counts ?

Did anyone figure out a way to capture feedback (Rating 1-5 or Stars for example) from the Maximo-X Service Requester?
Thank you for the ability to play with this feature. Questions: Is this intended to be used by a "help desk" employee who would then take this service request # and generate an actual MWO? Does Maximo allow for tenants, say in a large multi-story office building, the ability to place service requests through a simple user-friendly interface? If so, would every person submitting a service request be required to have a Maximo account/profile? Thanks again!
Yes they’ll need a Maximo profile, but the license for that user (to access just the basic self service work centre) is free.
