Great video, soon we will be there as well, now looking forward a lot after this video! What is your recommendation to get around in the city? By Taxi? Bus? Do they have these Tuk Tuk there as well?
So glad you liked it! (We will be back soon as well!) We mostly took the bus, and there's a stop right across the street. It's definitely the cheapest option and fun as well. There are also TukTuks everywhere, and we usually paid 150 baht for each trip (also compared to Bangkok, the TukTuks here never tried to scam us). Taxi is the most expensive option, which you don't really need when you just want to go to Hua Hin itself.
@@widget787 You basically get on the bus and then pay when you leave. Just press a button inside the bus when you want it to stop, then head to the driver and pay. The shopping centres definitely accept cards, but I am not so sure about the markets. It's best to have a bit of cash on you for that. (Also as a tip: do not get money from free standing ATMs, best pick the ones in the Market Village Shopping centre for example. Last time a tourist got scammed quite badly when using such a freestanding one.)
Sorry, I totally forgot to include the prices! Currently, a room like the one I was in (Hyatt guest room with twin beds and garden view) costs THB 5,010 standard rate. But you can check the prices here as well: www.hyatt.com/hyatt-regency/en-US/huahi-hyatt-regency-hua-hin/rooms
That looks so amazing! I might visit Thailand this year too 😍
thanks a lot! 💕 I hope I will be able to return to Thailand as well soon, there's so much I still want to see, so many cool places to visit!
