Put Luffy at 0% and Goku at 100%. The sheer difference in power between Luffy to Ichigo and then Ichigo to Goku is enough that there is no 'maybe' here. Goku doing 'Goku Things' wouldn't give Ichigo enough to cover the gap. Same with Luffy's 'Toon Force'. From what I recall, Gojo's abilities are countered by people moving fast enough, talking MFTL, which Ichigo easily is so I don't think he warrants a 50%. Maybe a 25% or something if you want to be generous, but Ichigo is taking the fight more often than not. I'm not well versed in OPM or Fire Force, so I'll not say if you're right or wrong here. However, Saitama being in the conversation with Goku makes me believe he should have a 90%+ with Cosmic Garou only being 10% or so below him.
In regards to fire force. If we're talking shinrabonshoman. Which is shinras final form he low diffs bleaches entire verse. He can warp reality to his liking in less than a millisecond. He can just think ichigo out of existence at fight start and hes not one of those goofy shounen protags that plays around with or holds back on his opponent, he'll just end the fight. Mid series shinra is the better fight. Because shinra is still WAY faster than ichigo but ichigo has him beat in every other category. Thats the better 50/50 fight. Theres no shot ichigo keeps up with him, but its entirely likely he out lasts him to wear him down enough. As for Arthur ichigo has to stay in base to win. Arthurs power is focused around his delusions. If ichigo starts powering up and arthur starts thinking hes got a cool monster to fight his power is near limitless. Hes still a good swordsman but not on ichigos level otherwise. 90/10 if ichigo fights arthur in base 60/40 to arthur if power ups start happening

Put Luffy at 0% and Goku at 100%. The sheer difference in power between Luffy to Ichigo and then Ichigo to Goku is enough that there is no 'maybe' here. Goku doing 'Goku Things' wouldn't give Ichigo enough to cover the gap. Same with Luffy's 'Toon Force'.
From what I recall, Gojo's abilities are countered by people moving fast enough, talking MFTL, which Ichigo easily is so I don't think he warrants a 50%. Maybe a 25% or something if you want to be generous, but Ichigo is taking the fight more often than not.
I'm not well versed in OPM or Fire Force, so I'll not say if you're right or wrong here. However, Saitama being in the conversation with Goku makes me believe he should have a 90%+ with Cosmic Garou only being 10% or so below him.
In regards to fire force. If we're talking shinrabonshoman. Which is shinras final form he low diffs bleaches entire verse. He can warp reality to his liking in less than a millisecond. He can just think ichigo out of existence at fight start and hes not one of those goofy shounen protags that plays around with or holds back on his opponent, he'll just end the fight. Mid series shinra is the better fight. Because shinra is still WAY faster than ichigo but ichigo has him beat in every other category. Thats the better 50/50 fight. Theres no shot ichigo keeps up with him, but its entirely likely he out lasts him to wear him down enough. As for Arthur ichigo has to stay in base to win. Arthurs power is focused around his delusions. If ichigo starts powering up and arthur starts thinking hes got a cool monster to fight his power is near limitless. Hes still a good swordsman but not on ichigos level otherwise. 90/10 if ichigo fights arthur in base 60/40 to arthur if power ups start happening
U can't cut or outrun infinity....its not a space that u can outrun it just creates an infinite number of soace between an object and gojo so if u move at the speed of light or faster the space between you and gojo will continue to divide at the speed of light or faster too...and you can never touch him and even in the show nobody has ever overrun inifinty with speed so i don't even know where u guys got that idea

It's weird trying to take into consideration physical aspects when dealing with Shinigami. Rukia can go through walls without being touched yet Chad can knock a Hollow around with a light pole. Even if you go on the idea that Chad had enough Spiritual Energy to interact with the Hollow (but not see it) it doesn't translate to the light pole being able to hit it.
