Es una de estas situaciones donde los angulos de la camara no se cambian suficientemente rapido para mantenerse con el sonido. 😀 Entre "Soldier Stands Solitarily" y esta, son las dos canciones las mas veloces de LOVEBITES (amigos con metronomos al lado sabran cual es la mas veloz, ja ja!). Por supuesta tienen que hacer citas del repertorio Clasico antes de derretirnos las caras - pero lo que es halucinante, la cancion fue compuesta por ASAMI, con ayuda del "alter ego" de la banda, Mao! Las M&M con sus "Flying-V" unicas, estan las "asesinas mercenarias" en este caso, pero lo escribio todo nuestra reina de vampiros, la pequena Asami con lentes rojos. 🧛♀😲😁Con ellas nunca sabe! Ademas veo que fue sugerida la cancion "Epilogue", la que es un otro mundo entieramente. También de Asami - se puede comparar... 🧐
This is what controlled chaos sounds like. I am probably in the minority, but this is one song where, no matter how great they play it live (and they do an amazing job), the studio version gives this song the full power my ears desire.
Otro temón, como siempre, y un pedazo de reacción doble. Lovebites es mejor siempre en vivo que en estudio, tengo la sensación que en estudio están sobreproducidas (a veces ligeramente, a veces de forma excesiva), en directo todo es más auténtico (hay una gran producción, pero no un exceso de capas) y aun así sin fallo. Esta canción parece el ataque de las flying V, esta vez no aparece la combinación habitual del sólo con sentimiento y el solo supertécnico y el flashy, se han dedicado las dos a reventarlo en sus solos individuales con el despliegue flasheante de técnica y han dejado la emoción y la melodía para el harmonizado. I was open-mouthed at the technical and musical display these girls put on during the song. Mind-blowing. People have no idea how difficult it is to do that live, so cleanly and well executed.

My method for listening to Lovebites is to just listen 1st time, 2nd listen consecrate on Haruna, 3rd listen to Mi Ya, 4th Midori, last Bass Miho or Fami. You can't get what they are doing in just 1 listen. A lot of good videos, she explains the modifications to her Dean Guitar and there is a 3 part video where she demonstrates how she composes her music. Ayer en el directo de Sugizo alguien dijo, "los americanos inventaron el rock, los europeos lo transformaron y los japoneses lo perfeccionaron". Me parece que este es un claro ejemplo, o el mejor. Para marzo de 2025 ya hay anunciado material nuevo de Lovebites y vivo en varias ciudaes de Japon . This is what controlled chaos sounds like. I am probably in the minority, but this is one song where, no matter how great they play it live (and they do an amazing job), the studio version gives this song the full power my ears desire.
It's a matter of preference. To me it always transmits something more live.

Otro temón, como siempre, y un pedazo de reacción doble. Lovebites es mejor siempre en vivo que en estudio, tengo la sensación que en estudio están sobreproducidas (a veces ligeramente, a veces de forma excesiva), en directo todo es más auténtico (hay una gran producción, pero no un exceso de capas) y aun así sin fallo. Esta canción parece el ataque de las flying V, esta vez no aparece la combinación habitual del sólo con sentimiento y el solo supertécnico y el flashy, se han dedicado las dos a reventarlo en sus solos individuales con el despliegue flasheante de técnica y han dejado la emoción y la melodía para el harmonizado. Canción muy compleja de tocar en directo, lo cumplen con nota, pero no la tocan habitualmente, y no creo que la añadan demasiado en su setlist en el futuro.
y sigo con 3 recomendaciones que muestran facetas muy distintas de la banda (todas sorpresivas):

I was open-mouthed at the technical and musical display these girls put on during the song. Mind-blowing. People have no idea how difficult it is to do that live, so cleanly and well executed.

This guitar was made by students at the GCA Sendai School in a collaboration project with ESP Guitar Craft Academy (GCA).

Pickups are Seymour Duncan Sentient (front) and Nazgûl (rear).

This guitar was made by students at the GCA Osaka School in a collaboration project with ESP Guitar Craft Academy (GCA).
This time, Midori-san used Banchaku paint (oil-based) to color the fabric in the color she desired, taking advantage of the wood grain.
It's a little more difficult than water-based paint!
The wooden (wenge) pickguard was painted by a student.
The inlay features a white band logo.
The front of the headstock features a gold "GCA OSAKA" logo.

My method for listening to Lovebites is to just listen 1st time, 2nd listen consecrate on Haruna, 3rd listen to Mi Ya, 4th Midori, last Bass Miho or Fami. You can't get what they are doing in just 1 listen.
Mi metodo para escuchar Lovebites es solo escuchar 1ra vez, 2da escuchar consagrarse en Haruna, 3ra escuchar Mi Ya, 4ta Midori, ultima Bass Miho o Fami. No se puede conseguir lo que están haciendo en sólo 1 escucha.
Have you watched any of Mi Ya's videos from her YT channel? A lot of good videos, she explains the modifications to her Dean Guitar and there is a 3 part video where she demonstrates how she composes her music. Problem, she is so beautiful you don't read the subtitles you just stare.

Ayer en el directo de Sugizo alguien dijo, "los americanos inventaron el rock, los europeos lo transformaron y los japoneses lo perfeccionaron". Me parece que este es un claro ejemplo, o el mejor. Para marzo de 2025 ya hay anunciado material nuevo de Lovebites y vivo en varias ciudaes de Japon .
Para los q gustan del genero anime + rock/metal les recomiendo a Hyde (se pronuncia "jaid o jaide") , Hyde + L'Arc~en~Ciel y si además quieren agregar vampiros Hyde + Vamps . No confundir a Hyde con Hide (X Japan) .

BAND-MAID ya tiene tres canciones de anime; "Sense", "Shambles" y "Protect you"(todos temazos, obvio).
