Timeless session designed to help find beauty within when you are struggling to accept how you look or feel. The intention is to activate the feeling of self love and self acceptance. We will work on relaxing your nervous system by stimulating your vagus nerve so that you can connect to your higher self and receive the healing you need. This could be related to deep rooted traumas that have stayed stagnant since childhood so please do leave any comments if you need some emotional support.
It is so lovely for you to join for this session. I'm Sarah aka Dr Energy Flow. I am a Reiki Master and I have studied sound healing with pioneers in the energy healing field. I use the relaxing ASMR powers to help you get into a theta state which is the portal to receiving deep healing. Please note dear ones that this is real distant healing session aiming to help your subconscious mind unblock stagnant thoughts or energy so that you can expand in wonderful ways. You might get epiphanies, you might feel lighter, more creative, at peace or feel tears shed as you let go of painful emotions. This is a time for you to hold space for yourself as I hold space for you so you can feel better in yourself and with yourself.
These sessions are always intuitive and the goal is to reach and facilitate healing for the collective. This session includes a smoke cleanse, crystal singing bowls, bio resonance, reiki, chimes, wahwah bars, light language soft spoken asmr and various alternative healing modalities.
Each session is different and as your energy shifts daily, we cannot know in advance what you will experience. You may experience warmth, laughter, deep meditation or a whole spectrum of feelings. I invite you to let go and see what flows through your system. If you fall asleep, your subconscious mind will absorb the healing vibrations. I hope you benefit massively from this session.
