in the case of the legacy, the bottle itself costs, $1000.-- the Exclusiveness? lets say that's another $1000 - $1500 (can you really put a price on exclusivity?). But when this drink was being promoted, connoisseurs from all over the world were brought in and offered an ounce... they've all said the same thing "the best rum ever made"
FaddaWolf i believe it's more of a psychology play that governs the persona of a liquor in question. Had you falsely acclaimed any other liquor, maintaining an exclusive ambience while serving the connoisseurs, i assure you that the response 'the best that i've tasted' would still be the same.
I understand what you're saying. but these guys kinda do this for a living right? So I think the nuance would probably wear off by now. But that's just my opinion. However, with regards to the Angrostura Legacy, the bottle and exclusivity alone shouldn't make it THAT expensive. So they had to do something right to receive stark reviews and have bottles go for more than double the asking price.. right?
my dad has a bottle of 1811 chateau D'yquem that's been passed down to him . when we turn 21 we are allowed to drink one glass from it as part of the honor in our family tradition. it taste incredible , the closest i can come to describing it is it's like honey mixed with caramel and a very subtle splash of vanilla. it truly is a refined drink .
I've try them all, so my pee is also on sale. Is called "Le grand 1666 Chateau du 1984 Fermented Fermentation King Arthur avec La Très sophistication Golden Bullsh1t". Cheers.
So, you drank all of the top 10 all at once, and it mixes in your stomach, goes through your kidney, and at last you pee it after 5 hours, and here it is The "'Le grand Mezcla 1666 Chateau du King Arthur avec La Très"
@Luke Genness and yet it's not. These spirits aren't expensive because they're better tasting or produced, they're just limited and come in fancy bottles. The drink itself is the same as any other top shelf.
Tequila can only be produce on a certain part of the mexican territoy, the companies con only say it's tequila if the agave azul (from where the tequila comes from) is grown in this area, if it is grown outside, it's calles mezcal. So, it's not that secret the location.
Those who are successful don't become that way suddenly. Everything most people perceive at first glance- wealth, a successful profession, and a sense of purpose-is the consequence of persistent slog and hustle if you think about it.
I once had a glass (exactly 1 oz) of LOUIS XIII Cognac for $125. I was told the entire bottle was close to $4k. It is a production when you buy a glass. The roll out the bottle on a cart and pour it at your table, pour it to the top of the shot glass so that there is not a question of authenticity. Taste? Ehh... I can take it or leave it. But that pales in comparison to the prices listed here. Jeesh!
You have the most annoying, disgusting voice I've ever heard and the videos are just cringy to watch.Even if you were hottest woman on earth I would told you to shut the fuck up.If I'm looking for something to buy I check a list not listen to a butt kissing bitch.
A very rich person who likes alcohol and admires special and rare collection. Some would also buy it for collection only and not to drink. But is it the inside or outside that matters... I don't understand their thinking.
I just love the artistic designs of some of those bottles. If I were going to make something like that I definitely would make one of a kind packaging to go with the product.
the drinks that use precious jewels and cases that come in platinum and gold is in my opinion cheating, the drink itself is worth hardly nothing but you pay for all the gems and gold that hold it
you guys are stupid, people can't just make a random fucking product to scam the rich. Alcohol has been a cultural tradition for centuries, you can see the history in most of these drinks
I want to see some shit beer company decorate one bottle of the beer with diamonds and gold with more than 3.5mil worth of random precious metals and gems just to spite these people
If you are used to fine dining, and have the money for it, you must do it. I personally don't care about food but my boyfriend who just passed away had a very high expectation of what he ate and the drinks. He never asked how much the drinks were, he got the top shelf of anything recommended by the staff... I miss him but I get it now One of my memorable nights with him was a $2000 per person dining done is Beverly Hills CA. Don't remember the name of the hotel it was held at for 3 nights only and by end of our truffle dinner, our bill was almost 9K just for 2 of us. and might I add, I am sober so I was not drinking, but he sure did! he tried every drink they had to offer and he was extremely happy with the food and never talked about the 9k he spent cause that was NOT why he went there. You can't count penny's when you live a certain lifestyle :) I miss you Luc
Fresh, lively, complex, and balanced, this exquisite bubbly from Cattier, which was established in 1763 in Chigny-les-Roses, has gained a celebrity following - most notably, new owner Shawn 'Jay Z' Carter, who is a longtime fan. $299.95 Ontario price.
I think coke and alcohol make a new chemical in your system somehow, I think the liver does it maybe? Anyway it's supposed to give a very different feeling of euphoria than just one or the other. I know I sure like to mix em!
2:19 Great video! You have accidentally omitted a zero... By the way, I firmly believe that Louis XIII's Black Pearl and Rare Cask are well deserved to be featured on this list as well.

The only one I actually agree with one this is the dalmore 62. Everything else is just all about the bottle and service. Karizuawa is the rarest form of whisky in the world now with the last remaining casks to be bottled in 202. Mccallan, dalmore and highland park. Those are special blended or malts that specifically sell based on the taste and not the look. If I was rich, I would buy every karizuawa available because in a few years, they are gonna be worth millions
With top class alcohols its more about the experience you have while drinking, talking about and celebrating the beverage then the taste alone. At a far lower price point you can already assume the quality to be perfect anyways.
A 14$ bottle of wine from aldi was just voted one of the best tasting wines, id say all of these except 9 are more for the bottle and name, that wine sounds great though especially if it was aged right and hasn't turned into vinegar
hmm.i thought the penfolds ampoule on number 8. would be more expensive then $170.00 even though they said 170,000$. the txt says its only $170 so Which is it
we have to be damn rich to get those. But bombay sapphire is affordable. And yeah in my experience in whisky the more expensive the whisky is the better the taste.

Zach W , Haha
Zach W I
exactly!
just as i was thinking......

i honestly think 90% of these your paying for the bottle not the drink...

KyleLarsonFan42 I’ll buy someone else a fuckin house before I spend that kinda bread on the cheapest of the list.
Shut and take my money! I have to show my new bottle to my homeless friends at the homeless camp
These most expensive alcoholic drinks are usually bought as a long term investment and sophisticated room decor. Not for consumption.
Most of the bottles in the video are worthless junk.

“Some of these drinks cost more than your house”

I agree that these alcoholic beverages are possibly the most expensive alcohol. good video keep up the research. ✌🏻
For the people who are beer fans saying they'll stick with there " bud lite " try the "Nail Ale" yes it's a beer around 1800$ a bottle 😂
