    Bhai ye card har branch se apply ho jata hai ya keval sbi ki metro cities vali branch mai jaake

      Ye Jo Video mein Debit cum Prepaid card dikh rha hai ye har SBI Branch or net banking se apply kr skte hain bank ko bolna hai NCMC Rupay Debit card apply krdo, Or jo ek SBI ka pure prepaid Card Nation First Transit Card hai Vo abhi New Delhi ki 10 Branches mein available hai or Shayad Rajiv Chowk metro station pe bhi aagya hai

      Ye lene mai dikkat ye hai mere account mai pehle se SBI Global activate hai aur SBI NCMC global lene mai card replacement fees lag ri hai 354 aur purana card band ...

      Pure Prepaid Card is currently Lifetime free but Debit Cum Prepaid Card is chargeable

      Apply krke dekho or agar apply nhi ho pa rha ho to aapko phle is card Ko block Krna padega uske baad turant apply kr skte ho.

    Hello Sir mere ncmc debit card ko hotlist kar diya tha usme 1 rupees hai . Ase hi rak dene say koi charge too nehi kategi.kue ki current account may Account active dikha raha hai.Bnk staff close nehi kar pa raha hai

    Thanks for the video. I too have SBI NCMC Global debit card. I visited Bangalore Metro station, where service ID was successfully created. But, they were unable to load money to the wallet. Branch staff is helpless in the matter. I visited SBI ATM and enabled offline wallet. But, I am unable to add money through SBI Yono app or Internet banking. I raised several complaints to SBI/NPCI/RuPay, but I am unable to add money to the wallet until now. Any suggestions?

      Try at different metro station, and second thing When you'll perform recharge at metro terminal then say to him that choose the option "Recharge by Bank" not by cash. Because At Delhi metro "recharge by cash" is getting issues. And you've to complain it with RBI OMBUDSMAN if you have not satisfied with bank reply.

      @@PRAKHARBLY Thanks. I have another NCMC debit card from Central Bank. It had the exact opposite problem. I could easily load money to wallet using my phone app. But, Bangalore Metro staff could not create service ID! After escalation, it is now working alright not only in Bangalore Metro, but also in Chennai Metro. I have a third NCMC debit card from Karnataka Bank. It has a peculiar issue : I created wallet. Bangalore Metro staff could easily create service ID. But, on my request, when they tried to add money to the wallet, I received sms/email stating that ₹ 1,000 added to the wallet, but the transaction was not successful. I did not even pay the money! Bangalore Metro terminal shows zero balance. But, my phone app still shows ₹ 1,000 balance. It does not allow me/Bangalore Metro to load further using phone app/Bangalore Metro terminal as their limit was ₹ 1,000 even though SBI NCMC wallet has a maximum limit of ₹ 2,000. Without testing and solving the payment gateway connectivity issues, NPCI/RuPay introducted this damn NCMC cards hurriedly in a half-baked manner, troubling the customers like anyother government scheme.

      Complaint the bank first then complaint it to RBI OMBUDSMAN if not satisfied with the Bank resolution.

    I tried same steps for activation at metro station but while service creation they are getting error and unable to activate. Any solution?

      It may be due to technical error, You can try it on another metro station, You can check whether the Offline Wallet has been activated of your card or not on Bank application or net banking by doing recharge in multiple of Rs.100/-, Remember that while recharging the card at Delhi Metro terminal you've to choose Recharge by Bank not by cash because right now recharge by cash is resulting in failure.

      @@PRAKHARBLY Offline wallet is activated which I verified through ATM by checking the updated limit set. However, getting error while service creation at metro station. Tried this in diff stations over different number of days. Below message gets triggered when customer representative at metro station try to create service though all necessary things, POS, NFC, etc are enabled. Reached out to bank but they don't have any idea about this.
      Dear xxxx customer, your transaction at POS 5P968216 has been declined. Please transact at any xxxxx ATM for activation of your Debit Card.

      @@PRAKHARBLY bhai resolution nhi pata hai toh Kam se Kam galat comment toh mat kare. Mene KB number dia ... kab hui apni baat ...or toh or purana detailed comment likha tha wo bhi delete kr dia...waah!😂
