From what I previously read on the Kittydog OCs Wiki, Xcakes used to be in a relationship with Christina/Cupcake Cat and they loved her a lot. And when Christina later chose Wafflecopter over them, Xcakes became depressed and they resorted to drinking and other stuff :(

Ik this isn't a lore post but here's a thing I noticed: So we know Xcakes is already depressed over Cupcake for rejecting them (by the looks of it, it's probably worse) and they try to "fill the X in their heart". Well, by drinking.. In this video, we see them try more methods to dull the pain [feel the pain fade to grey , push the feeling deeper down], even if it leads to s/h (IMPLIED. 1:01) However, this depression not only have negative effects on themself, but on others too. I think 0:40 is a metaphor for overstepping someone's boundaries (probably not thayerperiod's original intention but uhh. Tafn is here) I'm pretty uncertain for the entire white segment [1:01 - 1:12] but i THINK. Crystal is trying to help Xcakes by talking to them but the system (probably just blunt, because that's what's shown) won't cooperate/has other plans to help them (Xcakes) cope Btw quick disclaimer : This isn't made to antagonise anyone in the Kittydog's series. If one's coping mechanisms clash with another, it doesn't mean said coping mechanism is wrong and even if it is, that doesn't necessarily make a person bad. I hope i explained this clearly..
I used to watch you all the time when I was younger!! I just rediscovered you when I was listening to that “Tonight I turn 18” song!!! Your animations have improved a ton! Keep up the good work, Kittydog!! ^_^
I was just watching an animation of urs with this character, then I see this What a coincidence Also very smooth!! I love every little detail of this animation!!! Specially that one part where they chew the bone!! 😋😋 (0:42) And this part 0:46, its pretty awesome the way you animated this (in my opnion)
