I have a normal oven, not a convection, how can I follow the istruction for oven dry and baking? Thank you for your answer.

If you do not have a convection oven then I don’t recommend oven drying. But you can try working with low heat, it is always best to know your oven 🤗

I cannot recommend oven drying on a conventional oven. You will have to first dry them for 20-30 minutes and then bake at 140C for 20 minutes. 💗

A suggestion for the next video, please shorten it and speed it up. Real time and slow, exaggerated hand movements aren’t necessary, they are frustrating.

Thank you for the suggestion, but this is a macaron making video and it is for beginners hence I tried to share as much detail and information so that it is easy for beginners to learn and try the recipe. But I really appreciate your feedback as every comment is important and I take it to consideration. 🤗
