*(Measurements are in weight and volume)
For Dough:
Salted Butter - 500g or 2 cups
Dark Brown Sugar - 250g or 1¼ cups
Granulated Sugar - 125g or ½ cup
Large Eggs - 250g or 5 eggs (or 6 medium eggs)
Vanilla Bean Paste - 10g or 2 tsp
Baking Powder - 10g or 2 tsp
All-Purpose Flour - 675g or 5⅓ cups
Coffee with Walnut Flavour:
Instant Coffee - 10g or 2 tsp
Hot Water - 5g or 1 tsp
Chopped Walnuts - 60g or ½ cup
Milk Chocolate Chunks - 60g or ½ cup
Oreo with Hazelnut Flavour:
Chopped Oreos - 60g or ½ cup
Chopped Hazelnuts - 60g or ½ cup
Cocoa Powder - 15g or 2 tbsp
Black Food Colouring - Few drops
Hazelnut Spread - To spread
Red Velvet with Macadamia Flavour:
Chopped Macadamia Nuts - 60g or ½ cup
Dark Chocolate Chunks - 60g or ½ cup
Cocoa Powder - 10g or 1 tbsp
Clear Vinegar - 2.5g or ½ tsp
Red Food Colouring - Few drops
Matcha with Pistachios Flavour:
Matcha Powder - 5g or 1½ tsp
White Chocolate Chunks - 60g or ½ cup
Chopped Pistachios - 60g or ½ cup
Triple Nut Flavour:
Chopped Pecans - 40g or ⅓ cup
Chopped Almonds - 40g or ⅓ cup
Chopped Cashews - 40g or ⅓ cup

    Some tips for success: Start with butter that's no warmer than 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Chill your sweetened condensed milk ahead of time, at least 2 hours. Add it in increments, maybe a third at a time. Dont beat it too long, as it will warm slightly as you continue to beat it.

      You can put the buttercream back in the fridge for 30 minutes and then re-whip it.

      If you don’t like sour cream you can omit it. Sour cream will add a little bit of sourness to the cheesecake.

      Yes, you can. You can use the same temperatures but please keep an eye as every oven is different and since I do not know exactly what type of oven you are using, I wouldn’t be able to tell.

      You can add feuilletine flakes to a buttercream base filling to keep the crunchiness. The flakes will not get soggy.
